Incentive FM Wins Big At ACE Awards

Incentive FM, the leading independent facilities management company, has been recognised for its hard work in the retail sector at this year’s REVO ACE Awards which is dedicated to celebrating shopping centre facilities and the excellent people within the retail industry.
Incentive FM’s longstanding relationship with St Stephen’s shopping centre in Hull was acknowledged with the centre winning the Primary Centre category. According to the judges’ comments, the centre was awarded the win as it “clearly has excellent measures in place to boost staff morale, and customer service remains a key focus for staff at all times.” In addition, several team members in different shopping centres across the country that are run by Incentive FM were named as star workers.

Carmen Railton from St Stephen’s was named as an ACE Superstar after securing 100% during both of her mystery shopper rounds after she went out of her way to help a customer find a suitable place to buy a dog bed. This included googling suitable stores in the area, and giving the customer her contact details in case they needed more help.

Furthermore, Dave Fletcher (Crystal Peaks), Stacie Faulkner (Manchester Arndale), Stephen Dawking (Middleton Grange) and Johnboy Ewens (Swan shopping centre) were all named as ACE Stars due to their 100% mystery shopper score in the first round.

Glenn Wilson, Operations Director at Incentive FM, said: “We work with a number of leading shopping centres across the country and tailor our service to ensure each facility provides the best customer experience. These awards are testament to the hard work, dedication, and the exceptional customer services delivered by the teams at each of these centres, and we are committed to maintaining and improving this high standard.”
