Comserve Awarded three-year contract with Leading Food Manufacturing Company

Comserve, part of leading independent facilities services company Incentive FM Group, has won a three-year contract to provide a range of M&E services for Premier Foods at its head office in St. Albans.

Under the terms of the agreement, Comserve will be providing vital M&E, HVAC and compliance and statutory support to help Premier Foods maintain exceptional health and safety standards. The award-winning food manufacturer’s product range includes many well-known brands such as Mr. Kipling, Ambrosia, OXO and Sharwood’s.

In order to ensure the efficient running of the premises at St. Albans, which is a four floor commercial office including one of a number of large development kitchens, Comserve will also deliver scheduled maintenance two days a week and provide a 24/7 reactive service, as well as leading additional project work across the premises as required.
