Incentive FM, the UK’s leading independent facilities company, has appointed Chris Garner as Regional Manager for the South West.
As part of his remit, Chris will be responsible for leading the Facilities Managers and their respective teams to ensure successful operations in the field, including high levels of customer engagement to maintain and improve the company’s trusted advisor status. He will be tasked with communicating and delivering company objectives across the region, and preserving the high standards of Incentive FM.
Chris has over ten years of experience in the industry, working as a Facilities Operations Manager at another large FM organisation, where he was responsible for a diverse range of blue chip clients as well as supporting business development and retention. He previously spent two years as an Area Manager for Risk Solutions & Consultancy Services Ltd.
